1869 - DEATH & BURIAL OF GEORGE ROGERSON

George Rogerson died on May 11 in 1869 at the Old Mill Cottage, Lochmaben. He was 68 years old and the widower of Agnes Fleming. His father's name was William Rogerson, labourer, deceased - but his mother was not listed.

The cause of his death was Pneumonia which he had suffered for the previous 6 months. The informant of George's death was his son, William Rogerson who was not present at his father's death. The death was registered on May 15 in 1869.
