It is interesting that although Linden denied that he was the father of this baby, and indeed rested his divorce case on his not being the father, his name nevertheless appears as the father in the birth records, although this could have been recorded by Grace Aimers as the informant for the birth.

Also, when I was researching this family, I was told that this little girl had died shortly after birth, but I subsequently found the following marriage, which may possibly relate to ‘our’ Dorothy Enid May Warren. Without the marriage certificate to ascertain parents’ names, I am not able to verify this.
