Mr. T. H. House, South Forest

Mr. Thomas Henry House passed away suddenly on Tuesday evening at South Forest at the age of 62 years. He was well known and respected throughout the municipality. In his earlier days he took a keen interest in cricket and other sports.

A son of the late Jonathan House, he married a cousin, Miss Hilda House, and there are two sons. Messrs. Ira and Charlie, and one daughter, Pearly. Mr. Harold House, of Burnie, is the only surviving brother, and Mesdames T. Lynch (Scottsdale), H. Emmerton and E. Evans (Victoria) are sisters.

The remains were interred in the Brethren cemetery at Forest on Thursday afternoon, Mr. H. M'Neilly, of Ulverstone, officiating. The carriers were Messrs. J. Thomas and Lee House and J. Haywood, and the pallbearers Messrs. F. H. Wells. A. Ambrose, L.D. Ferguson and Wilfred Ollington. The chief mourners were the sons, Messrs. Ira and Charlie; also Mrs. Ira House and Mr. Harold House (brother).
